Our guests will enjoy large One Bedroom Suites ( Premium Suite and Garden Suite) with private living room, bedroom and spa-like en suite bathroom, situated in the east wing of the house, all with treetop views.

Lakeview Memories B&B originally started with a separate little Guest House in the year of 1999.
All our guests loved the pristine privacy and the unobstructed lake, mountain, and city view from every room.

After a long day of sight seeing, relax on the lounge chair with your favourite glass of wine, overlooking the lake and listen to the peal of bells from world class Mission Hill Winery.

To start your day, you will have a generous breakfast including a wide choice of food and daily variety, served in the dining room or on our patio.

Central located, our B&B set in the midst of West Kelowna, there is no shortage to great restaurants, shopping, and outdoor adventures to be experienced during your stay with us.

Lakeview Memories B & B is overlooking award winning wineries including Mission Hill Estate Winery and Quail's Gate Winery, each of these and many more waiting for you to sample their finest.

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in Lakeview Heights (where a part of our B&B name comes from Lakeview Memories), a rural community within the District of West Kelowna, home to many orchards, vineyards, and several wineries.

Within Lakeview Heights lay Mount Boucherie Mountain, an ancient and extinct volcano. The former strotovolcano created nearly 60 million years ago.

Between four and six different glacial periods over the past 50 million years have eroded the volcano to produce Mount Boucherie. Though it now only rises 417 meters above the nearby lake level, it is estimated to once have had an elevation of 2,000 m (6,562 ft) or more.

The Okanagan Valley is located at the northern most end of the Sonora Desert and hence has a semi-arid climate, it enjoys more than 2,000 hours of sunshine a year, and boasting long warm summers and short mild winters.

West Kelowna is a city on Okanagan Lake in the Okanagan Valley, in the southern interior of British Columbia, Canada.

The stunning Okanagan Lake is a recreational paradise with miles of beautiful parkland and several sandy beaches that provide wonderful opportunities for swimming, boating, water-skiing, and windsurfing.

The semi-arid climate means plans for golfing, hiking, fishing or paddling excursions rarely have to be changed due to inclement weather. Choose from many golf courses, beautiful orchards and worl class wineries that welcome visitors for tours and tastings.
